Q1. Where Will The Therapist Park?
For the treatments to be carried out to a high level of satisfaction our team of therapists have to bring along a large amount of equipment and stock. Therefore to help our therapist/s please leave a parking space at the required location so it is possible to move the equipment with ease. Beauty At Ur Home understands this is not always possible and in these circumstances parking tickets will be added to the clients bill.

Q2. What Time Will The Therapist Arrive?
Your therapist/s for the day will arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time to set up equipment and products. For the treatments to take place the therapist must have sufficient space, adequate lighting, access to an electrical supply and hot water. For a lot of treatments a treatment bed is needed to carry out the treatments please make room prior to the therapists arrival bearing all this in mind.

Q3. I Need To Cancel What Do I Do?
Cancelling the appointment
If you need to cancel your beauty treatment please give us at least 48 hours notice, if you do not you will not receive the deposit back.

Q4. Are Your Prices Negotiable?
The prices are fixed and in certain circumstances such as the special packages they are discounted anyway. The treatments are reasonably priced and the pricing structure bears in mind the quality of products we use, the level of service you will be receiving and the state of the economy. Treatment prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Q5. How Can I Pay?
You can pay using cash, card and cheques. The cheque must be made out to Beauty At Ur Home. The total cost of your beauty treatments will be confirmed with you prior to your appointment. Donations are welcome and very much appreciated but never expected. Please give the donation in cash directly to your therapist.

Q7. Where Does The Appointment Take Place?
Appointments are usually taken in place in the privacy and comfort of your home. However it can be arranged that we come to your workplace, conference or events day or any other pre-arranged location in and around Newcastle.

Q9. What Are Your Opening Hours?
Beauty At Ur Home is about flexibility and working around the hours an average person works. So therefore we are open 7 days a week between 10am and 8pm. Bookings may be available out of opening hours if pre arranged.
